Terms of Service

Welcome to Foresight. Foresight is a mobile application operated in Saudi Arabia ("we," "our," or "us"). By creating an account and using our mobile application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before using the App.
Foresight is a personal financial planning tool designed to help you explore scenarios and visualize your finances. It is not a substitute for professional financial advice. The App does not provide investment, tax, legal, or financial advice. Always consult with qualified professionals before making significant financial decisions.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using Foresight, you confirm that you:
- Are at least 18 years of age
- Have read and understood these Terms
- Agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy
- Are legally capable of entering into binding agreements
2. Description of Service
Foresight provides tools for:
- Tracking and visualizing your personal finances
- Creating "what-if" financial scenarios
- Monitoring savings goals and debt repayment progress
- Receiving insights based on the data you provide
The App relies entirely on information you manually enter. We do not connect to your bank accounts or any external financial institutions.
3. User Accounts
To use Foresight, you must create an account. You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate account information
- Maintaining the security of your login credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
4. User Responsibilities
When using the App, you agree to:
- Use the App only for lawful purposes
- Enter accurate and honest financial information
- Not attempt to access other users' accounts or data
- Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Not use the App in any way that could damage or impair the service
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
5. Accuracy of Information
The financial projections, forecasts, and insights provided by the App are based solely on the data you enter. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any calculations or projections. You are responsible for:
- Verifying the accuracy of data you enter
- Understanding that projections are estimates only
- Making your own informed financial decisions
6. Fees and Payment
Foresight offers both a free tier and a premium subscription. The free tier provides access to core features. The premium subscription unlocks advanced features including detailed financial tracking, charts, and full history.
Premium subscriptions are available on a monthly or annual basis. Current pricing is displayed in the App and on the App Store listing. All payments are processed by Apple through the App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings. No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods, except where required by applicable law.
We reserve the right to change subscription pricing in the future. If pricing changes, we will notify you through the App or via email, and the new pricing will take effect at your next renewal.
7. Account Termination
You may delete your account at any time through the App settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you:
- Violate these Terms
- Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
- Abuse or misuse the App
Upon termination, your data will be deleted according to our Privacy Policy.
8. Intellectual Property
Foresight and all associated content, features, and functionality are owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute the App
- Use our branding without permission
- Create derivative works based on the App
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT
- WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY FINANCIAL DECISIONS YOU MAKE BASED ON THE APP
- WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES
- OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US (IF ANY) IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the App shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, either party may pursue resolution through the competent courts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, or through arbitration administered under the rules of the Saudi Center for Commercial Arbitration (SCCA), conducted in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Notwithstanding the above, either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction. Claims may only be brought on an individual basis; you waive any right to participate in a class action or class-wide arbitration.
12. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or via email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the App after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you may delete your account before the changes take effect.
13. Third-Party Platform Terms
The App is made available through Apple's App Store. You acknowledge and agree that:
- These Terms are between you and Foresight (not Apple). We, not Apple, are solely responsible for the App and its content.
- Scope of License: The license granted to you for the App is a non-transferable license to use the App on any Apple-branded products that you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules set forth in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions, except that the App may be accessed and used by other accounts associated with you via Family Sharing or volume purchasing.
- Maintenance and Support: We are solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support services with respect to the App, as required under applicable law. Apple has no obligation to provide any maintenance or support services with respect to the App.
- In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any). To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the App, and any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs or expenses attributable to any failure to conform to any warranty will be our sole responsibility.
- Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to the App, including product liability claims, any claim that the App fails to conform to legal or regulatory requirements, and claims arising under consumer protection, privacy, or similar legislation.
- In the event of any third-party claim that the App infringes that third party's intellectual property rights, we, not Apple, will be solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of any such claim.
- Legal Compliance: You represent and warrant that (i) you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo, or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a "terrorist supporting" country; and (ii) you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
- Third-Party Terms of Agreement: You must comply with applicable third-party terms of agreement when using the App (for example, your wireless data service agreement).
- Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms. Upon your acceptance of these Terms, Apple will have the right to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
15. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the App and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and communications, whether written or oral.
